Multi-factor authentication options in digital banking will change upon login and with certain transactions.
In the past, you’ve had the option to receive a one-time passcode via text, email, push notification or Google Authenticator. Going forward, the email option will be discontinued to improve your security.
One-time passcodes are most commonly required when logging in to digital banking from an unrecognized browser or device, when adding an external account or new biller, and in high-dollar transactions.
